Where can I learn about how to perform ghusl/wudu correctly? I am reading loads of different theories.
ANSWER:
The rules related to performing wudu and ghusl are obligatory knowledges are best understood under the tutelage of a Sunni Alim or student of knowledge in your local area alongside other fardh ulum. If that is not possible, I would recommend that you read the work of Sayyidi Mawlana Muhammad Ilyas Attar al-Qadiri al-Ridawi (hafizhahu Allah) “Laws of Salah” in English which has the correct detailed description of wudu and ghusl and much more delivered in a very understandable manner.
