Yes, you can wear leather socks (Khuffain) during Ihrām, just as Muftī Amjad ‘Alī A’zamī (mercy be upon him) states in Bahār-e-Sharī’at that, “Some matters are permissible for women [i.e. in the state of Ihrām]… entering the Ghilāf of the Ka’bah in such a manner that it remains on the head not going on the face, wearing gloves, leather socks, sewn clothes (are permissible).”
